Terms of Use

The agreement between you and Wynerz Talent Brand Management Limited for using Wivanta Africa. Please read it: by creating an account, you agree to it. Last updated 1 November 2026.

1.About these terms

Wivanta Africa (“Wivanta”, “we”, “us”) is run by Wynerz Talent Brand Management Limited (RC 1700233), 4 Adeboye Solanke, Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, make up the agreement for using Wivanta.

If you use Wivanta for a business, you confirm you're allowed to agree to these terms on its behalf.

2.Your account

  • You must be 18 or over, and the information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
  • Keep your password safe and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens on it, including by team members you invite.
  • If you think someone else has used your account, tell us straight away at [email protected].

3.What Wivanta gives you

Wivanta gives you marketing guidance: a business health score, budget plans, creator suggestions, information about your market and competitors, reports, leads and campaign tools. The free plan includes some of these; paid plans include more, as shown on the pricing page when you buy.

Our results are suggestions, not promises. They're based on what you tell us and on public information, and some are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). We don't promise sales, growth, campaign results, or that a creator will be available. Check important information before you rely on it: your business decisions are your own.

We keep improving Wivanta, so features may change. We won't take away a main feature of a plan you've paid for during the time you've paid for.

4.Plans, payment and renewal

  • Paid plans are priced in US dollars and paid through Paystack. You see the price before you pay.
  • You can pay in dollars, or in Naira. If you pay in Naira, we show you the Naira amount before you pay. It's based on that day's exchange rate plus a small margin, rounded up to a clean figure.
  • If your plan renews in Naira, each renewal charges the Naira amount for the dollar price at the rate on that day, so it can go up or down. We email you the amount before each renewal.
  • Paystack adds a processing fee at checkout. The total you pay, including the fee, is shown on Paystack's payment page before you confirm.
  • Plans renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months or yearly) at the price shown at the time, until you cancel. We email you about renewals.
  • You can cancel at any time from Plans & billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the time you've paid for.
  • If you change plan, the new plan starts straight away, and the unused days of your old plan are added to your wallet as credit.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we'll tell you and keep your plan working for a short time while you sort out your payment.
  • Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5.Wallet and talent enquiries

  • You can add money to your Wivanta wallet and use it to pay for things on Wivanta, such as talent enquiries.
  • A talent enquiry costs 300 credits, which is $11. We contact the influencer, artist or UGC creator and reply within 24 hours with whether they're available and their price.
  • An enquiry is a request for information, not a booking. Any work you agree with a creator is between you and them, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • If the creator is confirmed unavailable, we add 150 credits ($5.50) to your wallet, as explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6.What you must not do

Don't use Wivanta to:

  • break the law, or go against anyone's rights, including their privacy and the things they own, such as their content and brand;
  • upload anything harmful or misleading, or anything you don't have the right to share;
  • contact leads or creators in a way that is spam, harassment, or against their wishes;
  • get into accounts or systems that aren't yours, disrupt Wivanta, or copy its information in bulk;
  • resell or share access to Wivanta without our written agreement.

7.What belongs to you, and what belongs to us

Your information stays yours. You only let us use it to give you Wivanta, as our Privacy Policy explains. You're responsible for having the right to share what you upload.

Wivanta itself, including its design, brand and content, belongs to us or to the people we license it from. The reports and plans we prepare for you are yours to use for your business.

8.Our responsibility to you

We run Wivanta with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows:

  • we're not responsible for lost profits, lost sales, lost information or other knock-on losses;
  • we're not responsible for creators, other companies' services, or decisions you make using Wivanta;
  • the most we'll ever owe you is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before your claim.

Nothing in these terms takes away responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer under Nigerian law.

9.Closing your account

You can stop using Wivanta and ask us to close your account at any time. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or Wivanta at risk, or where the law requires it; where we can, we'll tell you why first. The parts of these terms that should naturally continue after your account closes (such as payment, our responsibility to you and the law that applies) still apply.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and tell you by email or in the app before important changes take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before they apply; if you keep using Wivanta after that, you accept them.

11.The law that applies, and disagreements

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If there's a problem, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to sort it out. If we can't, the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria will decide.
